The Greystar Resident App offers a convenient and efficient solution for residents to manage several aspects of their apartment community through their mobile phones. With this app, residents can easily pay rent, submit maintenance orders with accompanying photos, and communicate with their apartment community.

One of the key features of the app is the ability to pay rent with just a single tap. Residents can also manage both one-time and recurring rent payments, and receive push notifications as reminders for upcoming rent payments.

If users have any feedback, suggestions, or encounter bugs while using the app, they can reach out via email to rpapp@entrata.com. The developers are keen to receive input from users.

 <li>Add/Delete Recurring Payments: Efficiently schedule new auto-payments to ensure your rent is never overdue.</li>
 <li>One-Tap Pay: Pay your rent with a single tap directly from your smartphone. The app remembers your preferred payment method and indicates the exact balance due.</li>
 <li>RentNotify: Receive push notifications reminding you to pay your rent.</li>
 <li>Contact Property: Communicate directly with your property from within the app. The app seamlessly directs your call to the appropriate after-hours number when the office is closed.</li>
 <li>Submit Maintenance Requests: Easily submit maintenance requests directly from the app.</li>
 <li>Take a Picture of the Problem: Utilize your smartphone's camera to capture images of maintenance issues without having to exit the app.</li>
 <li>Inspections: Perform move-in, maintenance, and other inspections right from your mobile device.</li>
 <li>Touch ID Login: After the initial setup, securely log into the app by scanning your fingerprint.</li>
 <li>Face ID Login: Authenticate using facial recognition for iPhone X and newer models.</li>
 <li>3D Touch Support: Quickly access features such as rent payment, maintenance requests, and balance viewing by tapping and holding the app icon.</li>

Please note that the Greystar Resident App is exclusively available to residents of properties that implement Entrata's ResidentPortal and ResidentPay products at Greystar property locations.
