The Greystar Resident App offers a convenient and efficient solution for residents to manage several aspects of their apartment community through their mobile phones. With this app, residents can easily pay rent, submit maintenance orders with accompanying photos, and communicate with their apartment community.

One of the key features of the app is the ability to pay rent with just a single tap. Residents can also manage both one-time and recurring rent payments, and receive push notifications as reminders for upcoming rent payments.
